I contacted them yesterday via WhatsApp after having an issue with a manicure done at another salon that unfortunately damaged my nails, and they replied super quickly, which I really appreciated. I went in today and they were incredibly kind, professional and reassuring. They gave me great advice, took excellent care of my nails and made me feel very comfortable throughout the appointment. I absolutely love the final result, and the price was also very affordable for the quality of the service. I'll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend this place.

I love it here! The people who run it are always so lovely and they do such a wonderful, professional job. I mostly snooze through my pedicures because I'm so relaxed, the foot massage is amazing. The only place I ever get my nails done. Thank you thank you!!

I've been to expensive places, private nail techs but noone did almond shaped acrylics so well! Absolutely beautiful nail structure, not bulky. I am coming back for 100%, the guy who did my nails was so kind, friendly, precise and checked after every step if I am happy with everything. Hidden gem!

This is an update for 24/12/2025 Myself and my daughter still use this nail salon. The staff are always friendly and we have a friendly relationship with everyone there. The prices are still accessible and visible for everyone to see. We are very fond of the nail salon and everyone who works there. We stumbled across this wonderful place on Saturday. We had gone to look at a nail shop up the road based on a recommendation however, they wanted over £90 for my daughter's nails. Their price list was all over the place and not consistent and one of the ladies were rude and couldn't be bothered to help us. We walked past this place and it immediately drew us in. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted with smiles. We asked the lady how much it would be for our nails to be and we could get both of our nails done for less than what the others were charging for one person!! Myself and my daughter went yesterday, and the ladies immediately recognised us!! As I showed my design to the main lady, the second lady asked my daughter what she would like. The first lady then told her exactly what it was as she remembered from Saturday!! That is amazing customer service. We both had our nails done and both ladies were lovely, and chatty, which is nice. Our nails looks exactly like what they were in our pictures. I'd definitely recommend this place. It's clean, inviting and their colour selection is just brilliant!! We would like to thank you for your help and amazing work. You will see us soon for sure. Thank you!! We've never had any unpleasant or negative interactions here. Even when it's busy, we are politely told to wait and given an estimate for how long it will be until our turn. We love coming here. We love the staff and the salon!!

Honestly perfect experience here. Couldn't believe how beautiful and precise the nail art turned out. I wasn't expecting much as someone who doesn't have their nails done often at all, but so impressed and will be returning! Really friendly, calm atmosphere in the salon too.
