Ive been going here for years and theres always been Lovley staff and nails were done quickly! I had BIAB for the first time and did not feel rushed despite a big leak on the building, was asked multiple times if I'd like a water/tea/coffee and also was checked on multiple times during getting my nails done. Was ensured I can come back if I was do accidentally break a nail , Would definitely recommend !!! Thank you Wendy and staff 💗

Well what can I say I wouldn't go any where els but here. They stayed open late for me tonight and they already work so hard I felt really bad for the staff. Why I was sat there the staff was cleaning so much ready for Monday to make sure it's clean for us. They have also got new sofa new chairs really making sure it doesn't look scruffy or old. Elizabeth is the best at pedicures in the world and the loveliest lady always really sweet and kind. Well done, guys keep up the good work lots of love francesca

Have never been to Diamond Nails before, but was not disappointed at all! Staff were super friendly and had a sense of humour, was a great experience compared to other places in Bicester. They did exactly what I asked for and I don't think i've had such nice nails - perfect shaping, length and colour!
