Went here for the first time tonight and had an excellent experience! I had a pretty difficult request, but they didn't hesitate to take it on! The girl who did my nails (didn't catch her name sadly) painstakingly picked out 18 different polish colors and glitters/ chromes to get these done! She was also happy to make tweaks to them when I asked, and asked frequently if I was happy with them. Definitely happy with them and will be back!!

Sophie was amazing and listened to exactly what I wanted, and I got what I requested, not like previous experiences with other salons! After having my nails done and being really pleased with the service, I thought I would come back and try out a pedicure. I visited on a Friday morning and it was absolutely perfect. I was seen right away with no waiting at all, which was such a nice start to the experience. The atmosphere was relaxed, friendly, and welcoming, making it easy to unwind. The pedicure itself was thorough and super relaxing. My feet have never felt better! I'll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

Get my nails done every month or so, and this time they really look fantastic! And the guy doing them was great about how many different colours I wanted - the only thing is that I had to repeatedly say I don't want my broken nail to be touched so it can grow back normally, I had to keep saying I don't want any gel or polish on it, nd he ended up drilling the regrowing off completely ;;; bit sad because it means it will grow back a weird shape and weaker, but I think that was the language barrier so I can't really blame him. The nails themselves are great
