Have been pampered by Fai for over 10 years now. He is professional, knowledgeable, enthusiastic and conscientious. He will always go out of his way to please. Nothing is too much trouble. Not only do you get a fantastic nail service, you get a friendly person, a lovely coffee and lots of giggles. I now class him as a friend as he is just so genuine, honest, and amazing. X
