I visited Lux Nail Spa Eltham on Tuesday morning for a BIAB manicure and a gel pedicure, and I couldn't be happier with the results! The Experience I was seen by a lady named Chi, who was absolutely amazing. I came in with a specific, fairly complex design for my BIAB nails, and she was incredibly patient throughout the entire process. She took the time to ensure the end result perfectly reflected the image I had shown her. The attention to detail was top-notch. Even though the appointment took a bit longer than I originally expected, the level of care and service made it well worth the wait. It's clear they prioritize doing the job right rather than rushing you out the door. I highly recommend this shop if you're looking for quality work in Eltham. Ask for Chi if you have a tricky design in mind!

Lux nails spa is one the best nail spas I've ever been to. Their prices are reasonable and their work is impeccable. I couldn't afford to pay original price offered. So the nail artist compromised and I got these nails for £40. Cupcake and sprinkles on my thumbs and sprinkles on both of my middle fingers. Gorgeous art 🩷🧁

I've had a wonderful deluxe pedicure here twice and really recommend it! I love the choice of scent for the soak, scrub, mask and moisturiser and the massage chair whilst my pedicure is happening! The team are always so friendly, and bring you a complimentary drink, which is really nice. Looking forward to when I need my nails done again!
