Absolutely love this salon! I've been twice now and received exceptional service each time. The pedicures and builder gel nails are top-notch. The atmosphere is lovely-calm and welcoming-and the staff are incredibly attentive and polite. I especially appreciated the massage chair during the pedicure-such a nice touch! Both of my nail technicians were very patient with my requests and did an amazing job creating exactly the look I wanted. The nails lasted a long time, stayed shiny for weeks, and didn't break at all. They also offer bottled water, which is a thoughtful detail, especially on hot days. Overall, a fantastic experience, and I'll definitely keep coming back!

I've had my nails done regularly in several places over the years but Hackbridge nail salon has consistently been the best for the last 8 months. They're friendly with good chit-chat, they take the time to do a superb job and offer solutions to problematic nails, I will not go anywhere else now. I only ever have shellac which lasts about 4 weeks and the price may be a few quid more than other places but I'm happy to pay that for the experience and quality, my nails have never been in such good condition. I'm so glad this is on my doorstep 🩷 Update: I visited again at the weekend and found that the business has changed hands but the new team are equally as good and did a lovely job. I was skeptical at first as this place had bad reviews in the past but since new management and seeing they're work on instagram I gave them a go and I'm impressed! I just finished my appointment at this nail salon and can honestly say it's the most welcoming nail shop I've been too! I only get my pedicures done in nail shops as I've have bad uncomfortable experiences in other places. When I first came a couple months ago staff were warm, welcoming and still are after my second visit! They have a wide variety of design and colour. Very pleased they are only down the road! They have made a happy loyal customer out of me and will be seeing me more often! Thanks❤️

I have been to the salon today for the first time and I have been politely impressed by the thorough manicure the lady did and by the fact that she didn't use acetone to soak the gel varnish. I will definitely go back in a couple of weeks for my Christmas nails!

I can't speak to the old reviews but they were amazing! I'd definitely give them another chance, seeing as it's supposed to be new management. It's a family business so there is a lot of care and investment into the customers. Defo going to be our new spot (old one was lovely but has become too busy and impersonal) nice music and not overpowering with that highly chemical smell you usually get at a nail salon. The technician extended one of my friends broken nails, without even offering, free of charge! She mentioned it to me and he picked up on it and went above and beyond :)

Came here after reading other reviews that mentioned it's under new management. I'd previously tried the shop back when it was new and didn't have a very good experience, so I was skeptical but I'm glad to have given it another chance as my nails and toes were exactly what I asked for. Never had more time and precision spent on my nails! My mum got her real nails overlayed with acrylic done with gel polish (pale natural colour nails in photo) and I got acrylic extensions and gel (red nails in photos). Honestly, he had so little to work with on my nails as I bite my nails and my cuticles. He really spent time on each nail and I would say was a perfectionist with it! No horrible acrylic lumps underneath the nails that you have to pick out and they aren't thick and obviously fake. In fact they are the most realistic nails I've ever had. Really great job and will definitely be returning! Highly recommend!
