I met anita and had such a lovely experience at this lash extension salon when I went in to get my nails done. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was clean, welcoming and professional. The staff were friendly and made me feel comfortable straight away. My nail technician was very attentive, took her time, and made sure every detail was perfect. The finish was flawless - beautifully shaped, smooth, and exactly how I wanted them. You can really tell they care about quality and customer satisfaction.

I cannot recommend Fatima highly enough. From the moment I sat down, she was the epitome of professionalism, calm, precise and incredibly detail oriented. She is a true perfectionist in the best possible way. What really stood out was how she explained every single step of my Japanese manicure treatment. She did not just carry out the manicure. She educated me throughout, making sure I understood what she was applying, why she was doing it and how it would benefit my nails. That level of care is rare. I went in with frail and weak nails and after the Japanese manicure they feel completely refreshed. They look healthier, naturally glossy and I can genuinely see and feel them gaining strength. The transformation is subtle yet powerful, exactly what you want when focusing on nail health. Fatima truly goes out of her way to make sure the treatment is done properly and that you leave feeling confident and looked after. An exceptional nail therapist and an absolute perfectionist. I would not trust my nails with anyone else.
