  I had a wonderful service with Dee. First, I was outside looking at the busy shop and hesitant to walk in, he came to me and welcomed me warmly and asked how he could help. Even tho it was busy, he took me to the extra room to deliver je n'y manicure service such made me feel very welcomed. Second, I had a color in mind that I could not see in the sampler. He primed he would deliver on it. With his magic he mixed colors in a perfectly professional way and got me the exact color I had in mind. I don't live here, I come from time to time to the neighborhood for work, but now I know for sure I'll be coming back for my nails service with Dee! Dee saves the day :)

  10/10! I've tried x4 different nail salons over the last 3.5 years in Chiswick but this is the best one. Team/Customer Service - Amazing, honest and they go above and beyond (from celebrating people's birthdays, to really trying to match designs and inspiration - and being honest if they think they can't do it instead of doing a bad job). You can tell they are happy people, supporting each other and learning from each other, they also make an effort to engage with customers and have a laugh when appropriate. Nail Art - Precise, detailed, they have so many options from colours, gel types, sticker designs, larger accessory stick on items and more, they listen to what you want and will re-do nail art if it's not what you're wanting, always checking before they set your nails. Salon - Well lit, friendly, good atmosphere, nice wall design for customers to take photos if they want! Loyalty card - After 5 visits you are rewarded 🌟 They also remember you! Cash or Card - They take both, but as a small business they prefer cash, there's an ATM across the road which makes this super easy. Value for money - Yes yes yes. I have had both acrylic extension and BIAB, now having my natural nails strong and long without the need for Acrylic. 100% loyal to these guys! You can book through phone call, instagram, Treatwell and Fresha. 🖤

  I started coming here because with other nail places in Chiswick, although cheaper, I would always have chipped / cracked nails after a few weeks, and would leave with bleeding cuticles. I've been here twice and have never had any issues with lifting or cracking and have never left with bleeding cuticles. I recently went in with autumnal nail inspo (see pictures attached) and Hannah (I think her name is) nailed it! (Pardon the pun). She took lots of time and care with perfecting everything. All the members of staff are so lovely and it is a bonus that they offer drinks while there. The environment is pretty and clean. Only downside is that nail oil wasn't applied after my nails were done, but that's minor. Really happy with the service and quality of nails and highly recommend.
