The best family run business in town 🩷 I have been to probably every single nail bar in Stortford, but since my first time at Hien's I have been loyal since and wouldn't go anywhere else. Fantastic services, friendly and accommodating and always stick to appointment times (which in unheard of at the other nail bars in Stortford!) plus the free coffee is a bonus 😍

I've been a customer of Hiens' Nails for many years now and after having visited several nail salons in my time this is by far the best one EVER. All of the crew there are amazing and the owners treat you more like a family member than a customer! Prosecco Saturdays are my absolute fav and on my birthday last year Aiden (Manager / Owner) had prepared a bottle of fizz for me and a friend on a Tuesday (rubbish day to have a birthday but made very special thanks to him and Hien!). I have always left feeling relaxed, refreshed, pampered and ready to face the world! Mimi is a very talented technician and so are all of the other staff. Nothing is too much trouble for them and they always go over and above. I've had the BEST pedicure of my life there! One of their customers I met once, travels from Holland to have her nails done at the salon - which speaks volumes!! They run a loyalty scheme with a card they hold for you (so you don't lose it or forget it) which means you get money off when the card is full of stamps. You'll get a lovely coffee or tea made by Aiden when you arrive. He even remembers the way you like it! Legendary 😎 I've also had my lashes done and again - an amazing experience! Highly recommend this family run business! ❤️

Always a great experience! Easy to book, always a warm welcome from Aiden and team and always fab nails that last! I've been going for 2 years and wouldn't go anywhere else. Mimi is excellent and I'm in and out in 30 minutes for my infills. Excellent place! Highly recommend 👌
