My day started on a disappointing note after a poor visit to a nail salon inside Superdrug in the Maidstone Mall. I had gone in for a full set of gel nails with tips to extend the length, but I left feeling incredibly frustrated. Not only was I charged an unreasonable amount, but the work was rushed, the quality was poor, and my nails looked nothing like what I had asked for. Determined to find a better solution, I did some research and came across House of Nails and Spa. Their website and glowing reviews stood out, so I gave them a call. The staff was so friendly and accommodating, and they managed to fit me in first thing the next morning at 9:30. From the moment I entered House of Nails and Spa, I could feel the difference. The atmosphere was clean, calm, and welcoming, immediately putting me at ease. The technician who helped me was incredibly professional. After seeing the state of my nails, he asked me about my previous experience, and I explained what had happened. He reassured me that he could fix them, and I felt confident that I was in good hands.
