I visited Louise at Iset Nails & Beauty for soft gel nail extensions, a full pedicure and an eyebrow wax. The results are beautiful! Louise is wonderful - very easy to chat to and super generous with her time and talents! Her nail work is precise, well shaped and long-lasting, and she uses only very high-quality products. She explains the processes and gives you lots of control over the final results. Louise's home studio is bright, warm, soft and comfortable, with calming music playing. Having complete privacy for all sessions is so peaceful and feels very luxurious. Everything is clean and professional, and you never feel rushed. She was flexible, starting earlier than advertised so I could fit the appointment around my work, which was really appreciated. There is ample parking outside the house, and it is so convenient for Crowborough, Rotherfield, Wadhurst, Mayfield, Groombridge, Tunbridge Wells, and all the local towns and villages. I will definitely be back - thank you, Louise! ❤️

I've been going to Lou for a couple of years now and I would highly recommend her. Louise is a genuinely great person, you are treated in her home and as a result she builds a really personal and tailored service. She is super flexible with her customers seeing me at random times and days that I would never get with a salon. I love she can do my nails, toes, wax, the best spray tan ever and any other beauty treatment needed. She is great value for money and I wouldn't go anywhere else!

If I could give 10 stars I would! I visited Inset nails & beauty yesterday for the 1st time for a pedicure. Not only was the treatment exellent but also Louise was very warm, friendly and very professional. I would certainly recommend this lovely little salon and will certainly be back for more treatments.
