Just wanted to share my wonderful experience that I had today at Kim's Nail salon. The staff were wonderful! So friendly, helpful and attentive (they really looked after me as it was my first time getting my nails done and I am heavily pregnant). Tony did a wonderful job with the nail design that I wanted, I think his version was even better than the picture I showed him. Thank you Tony! I will definitely be going back and would highly recommend this lovely place to everyone.

From the moment I walked in, the salon had a warm, welcoming vibe. The staff was friendly and attentive, and everything looked clean, well-organized, and hygienic, which immediately put me at ease. Now let's talk about Tracy-what an absolute gem! She was so polite, professional, and clearly skilled at her craft. Right from the start, she took the time to ask me exactly what I wanted, showing me color options and designs without rushing me. I went in unsure of exactly what I wanted, but she helped guide me to the perfect style, and the result was even better than I expected. Her attention to detail is amazing. She made sure each nail was shaped perfectly and smooth, and the polish application was flawless. I've been to other nail salons before, but Tracy genuinely stood out-she was gentle, precise, and took her time to make sure everything looked perfect. Even the way she applied the cuticle oil and gave a light hand massage at the end made the whole experience feel relaxing and luxurious. What I also appreciated was how clean and organized her station was. She used sanitized tools, wore gloves, and was very mindful of hygiene throughout. It really shows that she cares about both the work she does and the comfort and safety of her clients. It's been a few days since my appointment, and my nails still look fresh and glossy, without a single chip or flaw. I came in with picture of a Halloween design and the ladies at Kim's nails were so accommodating and friendly and so talented they done the exact design I wanted and it wasn't an easy design and took them a while to do they were very professional and wanted every detail to be perfect. I got my nails done here, my boyfriend took me here for my birthday, I've never been happier, the customer service here is spot on, the variation is so nice and the designs they can do about just anything. I'm really happy with the way that they asked me step-by-step if I was happy so it made me feel comfortable in my choice and like if I wanted to change the colour I didn't feel you know scared to ask like in other places. I think I'm quite picking up my nails, but when I ask them to do it then they just agreed I like the way I wanted to do my tips they will never like annoyed by it. It didn't make me feel like like I'm asking too much I would recommend this if you wanna get like your nails done just on casual events because they have a lot of colour or if you wanted to go to like a special event, I think this would be the place you should get it done. Another thing I really like is that they asked me if I wanted a drink, which is really nice touch to this place They are very attentive to my needs. the final results were amazing they were shaped to perfection polish was glossy they look elegant durable. I could not recommend more but to come here. Nothing felt like rushed, but I wasn't rushed like it was just like a appointment the receptionist asked all sort of questions that I didn't see in the photos so it really helped me peace everything!
