The staff were all SO SO lovely, this has been my second time getting my nails done, first time by these guys and they've absolutely smashed it, I love this set so much it's so pretty and I cannot stop looking at them, the staff were so lovely and really patient even with my questions and just in general outstanding, I 100% recommend these guys they pay attention to every detail and really show you why they are the best! Will Absolutely be coming back at some point!

I arrived pretty much last minute just before closing but despite this the lady still did my nails. She was amazing! She made sure to soak and remove all previous acrylic residue before starting my nails. She took her time and I never once felt rushed. (This was such a change from my previous nail salons who rush, hurt and change staff numerous times during my visit.) The lady was so nice and friendly and even made me a coffee. I'm so happy with my nails and will be returning today for a pedicure. They have such a variety of colours to choose from and nail art. I will only be going here in future. Can't rate her enough. Best nail bar in Hinckley!!!! Thank you 🤩

Yet again smashed my nails what ever designs I throw there way the team does not disappoint they are amazing love my new nails with the elegant design yet again outstanding they really do knock it out of the park there a really great team an I just love going there fun atmosphere always having a laugh and you walk out of there with not only fabulous nails but a nail team that are also friends for life see you next time for a new set.

As always a beautiful new set after having infills today. Can't understand the negative reviews. The owner is a single mum running the business and taking care of her lovely son. Always happy to rectify any problems if you revisit the store(although I've been going for months and have never even broken one. even running around after 3 kids) nails are thin and strong and last for ages.

I dont do my nails often due to my busy work schedule and studies. I had a lovely chap, Co doing my nails, building gel, a such nice job and attention was paid to make sure that I was happy with the result. Also, continued with pedicure, great massage, care. Thank you for making my evening. Only one thing to mention: some music in the salon would brighten the atmosphere. In gen, a lovely place to visit.
