I have been visiting Natural Nails for almost 2 years now and I always leave happy. Lovely staff, lots of time and effort with designs. They are slightly more expensive than other salons, however the service is great so I won't complain. Some staff are more gentle than others when taking off your old set, but they clearly have a lot of new employees as the business is growing and they are still learning! The lady I had on my last two visits was fantastic, I wish I knew her name so I can ask for her again. If the owner can let me know her name from the picture I'd love that! Very smiley and patient with what I wanted.

Never had acrylic nails before or acrylic powder. I sent the salon a message on Facebook messenger and the reply was very quick and they kindly advised what treatment I should book. Very helpful. Online booking process so easy, but you can just walk in. If you book you'll be attended to right away. I arrived to such a warm friendly welcome and was greeted by a lovely young guy. I was asked what I wanted and showed him a picture. He got to work and I was fascinated by how much work goes into the nails. Another guy asked if I had a picture of the colour I wanted and I explained it had to be natural. When it was time for the powder to be applied, the colour was absolutely perfect. 16A I think was on the tub. Beautiful, natural and light. Finished with a glossy topcoat and cuticle oil. The guy was so gentle, and took so much care in his work. I saw my nails transform in front of me. £35 was a fantastic price. Overnight I decided that the nails were too long, that was my fault. I messaged again and again a super quick reply and I could pop back in. 9am popped in and greeted by the same guy and explained I have chosen the wrong length. He quickly got to work and within 20mins my nails were shorter and looking fantastic. When I went to pay, he told me, no payment, we have a guarantee, any problems we sort it for free. I explained it was my fault and that I must pay, but no, he declined. Very happy client, two fantastic experiences and I now have a very big smile. Thank you, keep up the great work and I'll see you in a few weeks. Liz x

I have BIAB nails here and get them infilled every 3 weeks. They provide a first class service every time and always nail (pardon the pun) exactly what I want. They're friendly, efficient and I love the convenience of being able to get an appointment when it suits me. I'm a very happy returning customer! 🌟

I've been coming here for the last 4 months with my sister and we both love them! Efficient, friendly and our nails are always amazing! Walk-ins are welcome, you can also book slots if that's easier. A drink is offered when you are seated and no design is too difficult. Definitely recommend! Business is cash only, so visit the cash point before going! My average spend is £48 for take off, reapply and design.
