I have been going to Charlotte for my nails for over 6 months now and they are absolutely perfect every time. Her attention to detail is impeccable and my gel stays flawless between appointments which shows the quality of her work. The experience is always welcoming and relaxing and I look forward to our regular catch ups - I can't recommend her enough!

I absolutely love all of my nails which Charlotte has created over the past few month since using Lettie Nailed It. She is very talented and creative, she is also very helpful when it comes to deciding on which nails art to go for and no pattern is too complicated for her. She is very welcoming and always makes me feel at ease. My nails last for a long time without any chipping and I'm always getting compliments from other people about how nice my nails are. I would 100% recommend.

I've been going to Charlotte for about 12 months now and each and every set I've had done have been absolutely perfect and more. I have to have subtle nails for my job yet each set sends me away feeling great. I mean a fresh set has you feeling yourself right 💁🏽‍♀️. I also get my brows done by Charlotte and all I can say is WOW. She does a wonderful job and I wouldn't go anywhere else!! 💯 recommend Lettie Nailed It.

I have been going to Charlotte for my nails since she started over a year ago and the progress she has made is amazing. I am happy with my nails after every single appointment. I would definitely recommend Lettie Nailed it too anyone wanting their nails done at a high standard. I've also recently had a facial from Charlotte & oh my goodness it was amazing. I have dry / sensitive skin so I am careful with what I use, but I left my appointment with the softest, glowiest skin, I was so pleased with the outcome. It was such a relaxing experience & improved my skin. I will definitely be attending on a monthly basis.

I've recently moved back to the area and was looking for a new nail artist. I came across Charlotte and was so impressed by her talent I just had to book in! I've just began my biab journey with Charlotte after over a year of nail extensions at another salon causing damage to my nails. My nails already feel and look so much healthier. I have the tiniest nails ever but Charlotte still managed to work her magic creating the most amazing nail art. She is so warm, welcoming and friendly, and very talented at what she does! I would 100% recommend Charlotte 💅🏻💖

They all last well, Charlotte is great at helping pick designs and giving maintenance advice and tips to ensure your natural nails stay healthy. She's done both acrylics and BIAB with me and I can't fault either xx

Charlotte works hard to ensure that the whole experience is welcoming and relaxing. She clearly explains all parts of the process so I know exactly what is going to happen and why. From the 1st appointment where my nails were not in the best condition, Charlotte assessed, and confirmed, that BIAB could be of benefit. She also provided some common sense instructions for self-care in between appointments which means my nails have literally gone from strength to strength over the last few months with her support and guidance. Charlotte has an eye for colour & design. Images I show her (where I've seen something I like) are either recreated perfectly, or with agreement, are crafted with a totally unique, bespoke twist which I love! Likewise, Charlotte will make suggestions where I've not felt inspired. Nail art or simple colour are both equally welcomed as suggestions by Charlotte. Definitely a 5 star experience every time and I always leave with incredible nails!!💅💅😎
