I went in for the first time a few months ago to get my christmas nails. I ask for the price and if it was possible to do the design I wanted. The guy was amazing. So precise on the design listen to the little changes I wanted and put so much concentration into my nails I will definitely be going back for my birthday nails.

I literally just got my nails done at another salon up the road... walked out and walked straight into Nails Crush to redo them. It was embarrassing but the staff straight away sat me down and made me feel welcome. I thought they might capitalise on the situation and suggest a full soak off and redo, but they were so kind and only said I needed a refile and repaint (they could have charged much much more). The other salon just painted the biab on, no cuticle work and no shaping afterwards so my nails were all lumpy and uneven. Nails Crush made them pristine in seconds and did my cuticles. Thank you. Despite going to N&C for years, they have finally lost me as a loyal customer and I will be going to Nails Crush from now on.
