I've been going to o'love beauty for years, always love their service and quality of my nails. I just walk in and usually someone is available, even if I have to wait 5-10 minutes. I'm usually offered tea and some biscuits and sweets. Jin is particularly good at nails, especially a French manicure. I now get biab and it lasts 3-4 weeks easily with no chipping.

I've been here quite a few times now, and I always leave feeling so happy. The staff are incredibly welcoming, always offering a drink and bringing out a cute little tray of sweets, such a lovely touch. Today, I came in with a clear vision, but I ended up leaving with something completely different, and I couldn't be happier with it! This was all thanks to Sepi (apologies if I've misspelled her name). She was professional, patient, and so kind, supporting me every step of the way while I was being (annoyingly!) indecisive. She gave great advice, showed me Pinterest boards similar to my original idea, and shared her thoughts on colours when I asked for guidance. Thank you so much, Sepi, I'm a very happy customer!
