I have been regularly having BIAB services with Lily and Aya at Pivoine for almost two years. My nails are always beautifully done, often with nail art, they're high quality and last at least 3 weeks. They ladies are always so welcoming and I really look forward to my appointments as it feels like catching up with friends.

Finding a new salon after moving countries is always worrisome but I have found my go to salon at Pivoine (even if it's a 30 minute journey away). Not only are they a talented bunch but they are also the sweetest team! Shout out to Lily for always making my nails look fabulous and for having the utmost patience while we pick colours/design! The photos speak for themselves 😍

I have been coming to Pivoine for quite a while and I absolutely love it! The team is wonderful and always makes you feel welcome. You can tell they love what they do and take great pride in it, as they should because my nails never looked better! I have been getting BIAB for a year and today I had break and Lily carefully fixed the nail to match the others' length but took great care to not make it painful and it wasn't at all! She then applied a gorgeous blue colour (her own personal mix) and it looks brand new and seamless. The care and passion they put in their work is wonderful regardless of the person working with you. Honestly the best salon I've been to in London and will keep going to! Fantastic girls :)

I have been using Pivoine since I moved to the area the last 3 years or so, mainly for my nails but for waxing as well and they have never failed to set a high standard of care and attention to detail. The atmosphere is welcoming and friendly, they listen to what you would like. I have used several of their staff and all have delivered good service with nails that last and always with a smile. If your lucky (and its your kind of thing, they will reapect you vibe) you also get very interesting and fun conversation. Always look forward to going.

I discovered Pivoine when I first moved to London 2 years ago. What attracted me was that the salon was beautifully designed and was located in a nice quiet and cute village near my flat. Their service is not only professional and amazing, the store vibe and other ladies who come visit is super warm, inviting and chill. I often come home from my appointments amazed at the fun insights, interesting conversations and laughs while I get my nails done at the salon. I have since moved further away now but I still come back because I swear once you come in, you are part of a community and it's quite lovely and welcoming each time you visit. Basically, come in for the great professional quality and service, but stay on for the community and experience!
