  First time at Queen Nails today and was super impressed with how well the nail tech was able to complete the design I wanted! I find going into walk-in appointments with a design can be super stressful, but I had zero worries with todays set + salon. I did book through their booking service just to guarantee times, and I'm glad I did as it picked up shortly after I arrived. My appointment was over fast, though not rushed. The nail tech worked on my nails the entire time without changing clients in-between (something I find other salons do often), and didn't make me feel uncomfortable when I asked for small changes or fixes. I got special design nail art, which cost me only £45 (incl. tip, £40 without), and I had a design on each nail with metallic lining added. Overall, will definitely be returning and very happy with the service provided! :)
