Had an amazing first visit at Sakura Nail. Mariko is such a lovely person and amazing artist! She's so accommodating and not just focusing on nail art but also amazing nail care! You can really tell she is very passionate about her craft, every stroke, colour palette, added embellishments-- the attention to detail is exceptional! Highly recommended! Mariko is honestly the best there is, I have been to hundreds of nail technicians all over the world, literally. I never got what I wanted, and always had to compromise the colour or the art but with her, she gives me everything I want literally every-time. Her prices are too low in my opinion for the time she spends on my nails. Never going to anyone else to do my nails since I got the best right here

Mariko is absolutely the most talented nail artist I've ever had the pleasure of visiting. She is incredibly meticulous, skilful and also caring. Her removal is clean, effective and totally painless and her nail art is on another level. She does an excellent job at making you feel relaxed and welcome while being a genuinely pleasant person to spend a few hours with! Mariko is a true nail artist. She is incredibly passionate about her work and it shows in her art - the skill she has is beyond any other nail tech I've ever had! Everything she does is painted by hand and is incredibly detailed and beautiful. She also cares about the health of your nails as well as their appearance. She only uses manual filing (no machines!) and the best gel products in her manicures. At every appointment Mariko assesses your nail health and takes pictures to track progress between appointments. Unlike other salons I have been to, my nails have gotten stronger since getting regular gel treatments at Sakura Nail rather than weaker! Above all this, Mariko is a kind, non-judgmental, and caring person who makes sure you are comfortable throughout treatments. I always look forward to my regular appointments and love looking at my nails throughout the week. I don't think I will ever go anywhere else to get my nails looked after, I definitely have a nail tech for life! 🌸💕
