From the get go, I was made to feel welcome. I was offered a drink and given a chocolate. Absolutely beautiful and clean venue. Incredible array of colours to choose from. I know nothing about nails. Vina/Veena talked me through nail care for my type and also offered the service tailored for this. Throughout, conversation was never ending and seamless. My nails look spectacular. Walked out of there having made a friend. Such a pleasant experience, and I will definitely be going back
