Tiffany in particular is a masterful artist who is willing to entertain any all design ideas i have come up with over the years. The salon itself is clean, beautifully decorated and very welcoming. I have been a client of the owner of Trixie Lounge for many years. Firstly when she was based near my home in Swiss Cottage, she then moved to Hampstead and I moved home, meaning I now travel more than an hour each way to go there. I have not found a salon with a better service. The staff are warm, welcoming and very professional. Their attention to detail is quite exceptional. I had Shellac manicure for many years and, after giving up trying to grow my nails, decided to have gel nail extensions and manicure for special occasions. I have since returned to my natural nails, which I keep quite short. I now have a Biab manicure and could not be happier with the result. I love how hygienic this salon is. They line the pedicure baths with special bags, so you can be sure of no cross contamination and all of their equipment is sterilised on each use. The salon is spotless and the staff work in a very clean and tidy fashion. Use this salon you will never be disappointed with the service, the welcome and care you receive.

I have recently changed my nail parlor and tried Trixie for the first time 3 months ago. My nails have never looked better! They are extremely meticulous and precise. I tried BIAB for the first time and I'm not going back anymore. Tiffany is incredible, fast, great experience and very kind. She made the best set I've ever had done! In general the team is extremely professional and clean, every girl is amazing and skilled. I always book in advance, but the 2 times I didn't, they still managed to make it work and help me, giving me a slot on the same day. The place is super aesthetic and in a great location, in Hampstead. I couldn't recommend it more.

Had really good experiences at Trixie. They always busy but did such a good job on my nails. Look at the results I can understand why they are always busy there. The more I visit them, the better my nails are. Read all the 1 star reviews and I feel sorry for the staffs there, customers with bad experience tend to leave bad reviews more than happy customers, we usually just come back . If you need a very hygiene salon with skilled staffs this is a good place.
