  I went to the beauty room area with Hadiseh who gave me a hydra facial. She took time and precision treating my skin and spent longer than I booked to give me an extra face mask for no extra charge as my skin needed it. An absolutely lovely experience. Highly recommend Hadiseh!

  I first used this business to remove gel nails for my daughters and they where gentle and patient with my girl's nails. So when I needed my nails done ASAP as my usual nail tech was fully booked, I thought let me try them out. I use Biab and the girl did struggle but she was determined. Two days later a nail fell off and I sent a picture to my nail tech who said the work was done poorly and I'll definitely be losing a nail every other day so to go back and get it done properly, not just fixing the one nail but getting a new set. I went back to the shop and explained. The manger and her assistant acknowledged the fact and took accountability immediately. They admitted they didn't do biab often or the way I was used to getting it done. They asked if I didn't mind getting arclyrics instead as that was their strength and would guarantee longevity, at no cost of course.I was ok with this request and my new nails are perfection. They have been shaped exactly how I like them and the length is what I asked for. The guy took direction nicely but was a bit rough sometimes while doing the nails, he would adjust and apologize when mentioned. Would I go back yes, would I recommend yes. Any business that acknowledges and takes accountability without being defensive is a business I'm willing to patronize over and over again.
