  Such lovely attentive,happy staff and great customer service and my nails last so well!! I have been here 3 times now since Feb. I used to go to co cos but found most of the staff rude and they just talked between themselves. I had the acrylics and gel nails and neither lasted long on me.highly recommend USA Nails .Thank you!!

  I have been to most of the nail bars in Basingstoke and this one is defo the best. Always happy to fix repair my acrylics. Mostly for free. Been coming here for 7 yrs and I've seen the quality and workmanship of the technician's. Some of the designs have been really intricate and I've not seen anyone disappointed with the finished product. I've never had any attitude or rudeness and never seen it with other customers. I've never had to complain but would feel fine todo so if the occasion arose. I couldn't recommend USA nails enough Update, two years later and I still can't fault them.

  Super welcoming, friendly and attentive staff - the salon was beautiful, spacious and clean too! I was even offered a coffee/tea on arrival! Really impressed by the service and I LOVE my nails (pink chrome effect 😍)!

  CASH ONLY. I'd recommend booking an appointment if this is where you choose to get your nails done. This proves to be a popular nail place among the Bazingazz. The staff don't speak a great deal of english however it's easy to get by as long as you don't have many questions. I believe if you are a frequent customer you get some kind of discount. My nails lasted a long time. Usually one comes off within a week however this is the first time that they stayed on without the slightest nightmare of a nail coming off.
