I walked in for a shellac painting and was seen straight away . Greeted very nicely, all of the staff were very polite and while having my nails done I was asked at each step if I was happy. I felt comfortable and not judged for asking for something different than originally planned. The receptionist was super nice and helpful . The whole experience was really good and I felt comfortable. My nails are just as I wanted and painting job is excellent . I've recommended to all my friends 😊

Such a cute little shop with outstanding customer service! My first time getting my nails done in 2 years so I was nervous but the staff were so warm and welcoming. My nails turned out exactly how I wanted, and for a reasonable price (acrylic extensions w/ black and silver cat eye for £38). Cannot recommend this place enough, will definitely become a regular customer!

I have been coming here for nearly a year, I always walk out happy. The fire design below was done by Jessica. She is very good at designs, so are the others. I don't know the name of the guy who did my F1 nails but I loved them, they will try most things if it is possible. Very friendly and quick. Definitely the best nail place in Kilburn.
