  Secret Nail will forever be my No.1 nail spot 💅🏾✨ I've been coming here since 2017 and honestly, I've never once been tempted to go anywhere else! The vibes are always lovely, the staff are super friendly and welcoming, the service is amazing, and the little extras like hot/cold drinks and a cheeky prosecco make every visit even better. I love switching up my nail designs, and the team always brings my ideas to life, especially when it comes to freehand nail art. Huge shoutout to Noah for my latest set French tips with red and green zebra print and tortoiseshell design. He absolutely ate that set up 🔥10/10🌟. I'll definitely be going back to him for my next appointment. All of the staff are talented and deliver great quality work, whether you're getting acrylics, BIAB, SNS, a manicure, or a pedicure. If you want gorgeous nails and great customer service, Secret Nail is the place to go!

  I have been getting my nails done at this place for the better part of 2 years, and I love it. I like my nails done in a particular way and I am able to tell them exactly what I want without judgement or feeling like they are getting fed up with me. They want to give me the shape and style exactly as I like it. Plus, they are quick learners; I no longer have to tell them how I like it shaped. They remember and just do it, so it's a stress free experience. I can also be indecisive sometimes and like to pick their brains in what design I should do or colour to pick and I like that they share their opinions and help me decide, so it feels like a collaborative experience. They also provide drinks and sometimes snacks, like ice lollies in the summertime. They even let customers control the music and it can be party vibe. They watch out for customers' cars in case parking warden comes. This nail salon is a perfect example of good customer service always wins. Lastly, everyone in the salon can do nails well, my previous go-to person left and my new go-to person is just as fantastic. Shout out to Ken!

  I have been going to this nail shop for about 8/9 years and I can honestly say I would never go anywhere else. This shop and their staff go over and beyond every single time- sometimes the designs I want can be a challenge and I will message their Instagram asking if what I want is possible and they always deliver even if they have to order in products. I get a lot of compliments on my nails and I will always tell people about 1st secret nails. Such lovely and talented staff always have a lovely experience there.   Hands down the best nail shop in South London! The owners and their team are absolutely amazing. Not only do they create flawless nails they do it with genuine warmth and a smile. The hospitality is unmatched with a great selection of drinks available both alcoholic and non alcoholic hot or cold. Such a welcoming and relaxing experience every time. I couldn't recommend them more!

  I LOVE LOVE LOVE coming to 1st Secret Nails they always make me feel like a princess! Offering a variety of drinks whilst you get pampered, they have a massage chair for when you have your pedicure and the staff are just so wonderful and nice and make you feel at home. But most importantly the nails! They are so amazingly talented and can create any design you ask for and do it all to a very high standard, I always leave beaming from ear to ear with the best nails!

  For the first time ever my nails look like I have always dreamt they would. The young man that did my nails is an absolute artist, the owners make you feel so welcomed and they are so kind and accommodating. There is no way now that I would ever go somewhere else. Came back 2 days later for a pedicure and once again they did not disappoint. I highly recommend this salon you will NOT be disappointed ❤️❤️❤️

  Service: It was my 1st time going to secret nails the other day and to say I was impressed was an understatement. I think the first thing that impressed me was the fact that a large percent of their clientele are POC. So for me this was a plus as often times in establishments we can experience unfair treatment based on our skin. But seeing so many reviews from black women encouraged me to give this place a try. Furthermore, the staff were SUPER lovely, offering drinks every 30 mins. Honestly, I don't think I've ever experience this level of customer service in a nail shop and I've been to both high end and low end ones. Price: I would say that this place is reasonably priced. Price is worth the nails and I don't regret a thing. Atmosphere: clean atmosphere. Every nail tech had their own box of equipments which is a super organised way of operating.
