Very gentle and accommodating. She does proper assessment of your nails. I had my acrylic nails removed and had my Ice/Glacier-inspired nail color/design. My nails were previously poorly filed and shaped badly, she managed to save what I am left with and gave me very good options. My nails now feel very much more comfortable. Very gentle the entire process, always asks me if I have any pain or if the machine is too hot or not. Definitely coming back for my Christmas nails! ❤️💚🤍

Not only that, she is very knowledgeable about facilitating to different nail types, about different products, and really goes out of her way to sanitise her equipment for her clients. She's amazing at what she does, super professional, and always open to trying any styles or ideas you want to experiment with. I took a break from getting my nails done and went back to getting biab with her after going to another salon before that in London.
