Highly recommend Rio. I was quite fearful of trying BIAB builder gel for the first time, because I had been getting acrylics for years, and my nails got very thin and sensitive. I was scared the gel curing process would cause heat spikes, as that's what I had read online. However, Rio was very gentle with the file and made sure the lamp was set on low and it was completely PAINLESS. It only took about 25 minutes, and I'm very pleased with the results. The atmosphere in her salon room is clean and cosy, and her dog Daphne is very calm. The price is reasonable, and the booking system makes it easy. Looking forward to going back again and again

I can't recommend Rio enough! Her BIAB nail service is truly exceptional-every appointment is a delight, and she consistently delivers stunning results. I've been getting my nails done with her for a while now, and I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else. She's meticulous, professional, and has a great eye for detail. Plus, as a bonus, she has the cutest dog who keeps you company during the appointments. If you're a dog lover, you'll absolutely adore the experience. I have been going to Rio for my nails for over a year now and I wouldn't go to anytime else. She is a perfectionist my nails always look amazing and last such a long time. My hands are in water a lot for work and I have found my nails would lift with other clinicians however with Rio I do not have this problem❤️

Rio is the most talented freehand nail artist in the area. She is super good at nail art, design and shape. She is an expert in her field of BIAB and will always strive to achieve the results you want- even if the design is a bit wild ! She has an up to date Instagram with all her work and sends helpful reminders on appointments - I have never waited a long time for a response from her- excellent communication :-) She has a dedicated room which is clean and comfortable. She regularly updates her nail colours, she has a wide range to select from including glitters and diamonds. Her equipment is clean and well sanitised. Rio went above and beyond in helping me perfect my wedding nails, she spent extra time care and detail. She isn't the sort of nail tech that wants you in and out she will understand what you want and she dedicates herself to it ! Rio is a lovely person, super friendly and welcoming and when I go to do my nails it's like seeing a friend. I wouldn't go to anyone else and would HIGHLY recommend.
